Shipping & Pick Up Information

In Store Pick-ups

Customers who wish to pick up their purchase will be contacted by phone or email from All Sports when the order is pulled and ready for pick-up.  For immediate assistance or rush order, please call during business hours and we will gladly assist you.  Please note this is our default option when placing an online order.

Unless All Sports Officials is contacted by the customer, any orders not picked up after 60 days from purchase will be returned to stock with no refund.

Shipping

At All Sports Officials, we do our best to provide efficient and cost effective shipping so our customers aren't waiting for products to arrive and worrying about lost or damaged packages. 

All in stock orders received before 10:00 am EST/EDT on days when the store is open will most likely ship the same business day.  Although in stock orders placed between 11:00 am - 2:00 pm might very well ship that same day, there is also a chance that the order will not ship until the next business day. Although a product might be showing as "in stock", this may not be the case due to inventory calculating issues.  If this occurs - we may contact you by e-mail or phone if your order is going to be delayed more than 5 Business Days. However, items that are not in stock - and still able to be purchased, will show  "Available for Pre-Order" when selecting item.  These items will not necessitate a call or email notification.  We try to ship orders complete - unless otherwised discussed with an ASO Associate.

Occasionally, All Sports Officials may choose to drop ship your item(s) directly from a supplier, so as to more quickly serve your needs.  We reserve the right to do this on a case by case basis - usually based on inventory levels and wait times.  If we must drop ship to you, please understand that the supplier will generally have a set shipping method that varies from the method you may have chosen.  

Please use the comment section when checking out via the website to communicate any important information regarding your order (i.e. I'm hoping to get this item in time for my game this Saturda).  We will contact you to discuss any issues which you bring to our attention. 

Purchases made on AllSportsOfficials.com  which are made for eventual re-shipment internationally through a third party shipper, may be subjected to a delay in processing as payment is processed and cleared via our Credit Card/Payment Processing Agent. If you have any questions regarding this delay, please email us at Info@allsportsofficials.com or contact the store during business hours.  

All Sports Officials, LLC often times will offer "Free Shipping" to our online customers.  These offers are subject to change at any time, may not be applied retroactively, and apply only to orders shipped withing the Contiguous United States (aka Lower 48).  All Sports Officials, LLC will choose the method of shipping (usually wither USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground).  As Purchaser, you are absolutely welcome to opt for a different shipping method - available at checkout.  Orders that select "In Store Pick Up" Method of Shipping and later a change is requested for a shipping delivery option will be subject to a shipping and handling charge prior to shipping based on the newly requested change. 

Lastly, please keep in mind that delivery of your package(s) via any and all of our available shipping methods are subject to the holiday schedules of the service provider(s) selected, as well as any service delays of that carrier.

 

U.S. Postal Service (USPS - delivery times for estimates only):

Standard U.S. Mail: This mail class is reserved for flat, lightweight items such as penalty cards, game cards, and other small accessories.  (Please note: Tracking information is not included in this shipping option.)

First Class Mail: First Class Mail is the least expensive shipping option and is limited to items weighing less than 16 ounces. This shipping service is ideal for small items and for orders that you don't need right away. Delivery is usually 3-5 days. We will use this shipping service as our default shipping method, when possible. 

Priority Mail:  We recommend this shipping option for small and lightweight items. All mail shipments exceeding 15.99 ounces will ship with USPS Priority mail.  Priority Mail generally arrives in 2 to 4 business days. Some customers who live within a close proximity to our store will receive Priority Mail orders in 1 business day. Please Note: USPS Priority Mail is NOT considered an "Expedited" shipping method and delivery time is NOT guaranteed.

Priority Mail Express: Priority Mail Express is for those customers who need an expedited shipping service. Most Priority Mail Express orders will arrive within 1-3 business days, however this is not a guaranteed delivery time.

(All USPS shipments, except Standard U.S. Mail, are sent with a delivery confirmation. USPS does deliver on Saturdays. Please note that USPS delivery times are not guaranteed, and any delays are at discretion of the USPS.)

UPS: (These Shipping Options only available on Business Days - Monday thru Friday)

UPS GROUND -  With this shipping method, your order will be sent via UPS Ground. All UPS shipments are automatically insured up to $100 dollars and sent with a tracking number.  Please refer to the link below to view our UPS transit map showing transit time to your location. Most customers in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States will receive a UPS Ground package in 1 Business Day.

UPS 3-Day Select: This option guarantees your order will arrive with three business days. 

UPS SECOND DAY AIR - When using this method, your order will ship via UPS Second Day Air with guaranteed delivery 2 business days from the date of order processing.    

UPS NEXT DAY AIR - UPS Next Day Air is the fastest shipping option available.  When using this method your overnight UPS shipment will be guaranteed for delivery by end of next business day.

(Please Note: Morning delivery may be available with Second Day Air and Next Day Air shipping options. Saturday delivery may be available with UPS. Please contact us for more details on potential Saturday delivery.)
